In general, to be eligible for free legal help from NAPOLS:

• You must be income eligible (under 125% of the federal poverty guidelines);
• a U.S. Citizen; and
• your legal need involves an issue pertinent to the Native Community. NAPOLS prioritizes Youth, Elders, and support of Tribal Courts.
